People in Nicaragua consume a lot of pork…and lean is definitely not in. This hog seems ripe for making some fried hog meat, pork rinds and a lot of other good umm umm stuff.

La gente de Nicaragua consume bastante carne de chancho…entre más gordo mejor. Esta chancha está lista para convertirse en frito, chicharrón y mucha otra carne umm umm rica.
