Long lost friend<...>Un amigo perdido

I found this long lost friend, alongside the road in El Hormigón, Granada, Nicaragua.  I so wanted to give him a dignified burial but also was with the hope that someone, anyone, might adopt him…taking him home, washing him, hanging him out to dry, and thus extend his life and the happiness he might share with other boys and girls…like these: Stuffed animals

Hallé este amigo perdido, a lado del camino en El Hormigón, Granada, Nicaragua.  Tanto quería yo darle un entierro digno pero a la vez hospedaba en mis entraña la esperanza que alguien, alguien lo adoptara…llevándole a casa, bañándolo, secándolo y así extenderle la vida y la felicidad que todavía podría brindar a otros niños y niñas…como estos: Peluches
